Day 1 - Prague

Our first meal in Prague

After a long day of travel, the Badgers checked into their hotel in Prague and stopped for dinner at a traditional Czech meal. The team had goulash soup, schnitzel and boiled potatoes, and banana splits for desserts. Several of the players tried the Czech beer (but many didn't like it)!

Heading out to Charles Bridge and Old Town

After dinner, the Badgers headed out to explore Prague. The freshmen fit right in and Reagan Sheffield had a fun time riding on dad's shoulders!

The Vltava River

Our walk to the Charles Bridge included a few stops along the Vltava River.

the John Lennon Wall

Before seeing the Charles Bridge, the team stopped at the John Lennon Wall and had a chance to add their own artwork!

The Charles Bridge

The Badgers received a history lesson about the Charles Bridge before enjoying the incredible views from the bridge! Rubbing one of the statues is supposed to bring you back to Prague while another will grant your wish!
