Day 5 - Maribor, Slovenia

Biking to old Town Maribor

After a morning practice, the Badgers hopped on bicycles and rode into the old town of Maribor. The team looked at the oldest vine in the world, checked out the sights along the river and in the town as well as jumping for joy for being in Maribor!

Lunch on River Drava

The Badgers had a relaxing lunch on the river Drava, enjoying the views of the beautiful city while enjoying a delicious lunch.

match vs. Polish U20 Team

The Badgers faced the Polish U20 team for the second time in two days, downing the Polish team 2-1. Wisconsin improved to 3-0 on its European Tour.

Dinner at Doppler Winery

Wisconsin wrapped up its day at the Doppler Winery just outside of Maribor. The team enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountain top winery as well as a great meal with old and new friends.
