Day 4 - Maribor, Slovenia

Practice in Maribor

The Badgers started out day 4 of their European Tour with a morning practice. It was the first time all trip that the entire team was present since Dana Rettke joined the team on Saturday evening. A pool stretch followed practice to keep the team fresh!

Up and down the ski hill

The Badgers rode the ski lift up the Pohorje Mountain for lunch before riding the alpine slide down the mountain. Even the staff got into the slide action!

Match #2 vs. Poland U20 Team

The Badgers played their second match of their European Tour, facing the Polish U20 team on Sunday afternoon. Wisconsin won the first three sets to win the match 3-0 but lost the fourth set.

Dinner on top of the mountain

The Badgers wrapped up a beautiful day in Maribor with dinner on top of Pohorje Mountain. The team was joined by the Polish U20 team and spent most of the night talking with their fellow athletes.
