The Badgers started their day hiking up Petřín Hill to see a one-third replica of the Eiffel Tower. The views of the city were incredible!
The Badgers then headed to Prague Castle, which is a complex of buildings dating from the ninth century. It is the official office of the President of the Czech Republic. The team watched the changing of the guard at noon, including posing with one of the castle guards!
The Badgers left Prague Castle and headed down the hill for lunch and some rest time before our first match!
The Badgers suffered no jet lag in their first match, sweeping Olymp Praha on Friday afternoon. All 15 players eligible to play saw action in at least two sets.
